What exactly is it that opens blue and green portal? The mogera boss kills? Or the mogera mob kills?

Also, what opens red portal? Does it count toward opening red portal if you just kill the
boss at round 5 and leave? Or do you have to complete the run?

I'd like to know these things for sure so I know he best routes to take when trying to contribute to opening these maps. ty

The blue and green portals open when killing bosses in mogera lair (no mini bosses). The red portal opens when Skull-Dozer (blue portal boss) and Jord Skratch (green portal boss) are killed.
