They've never done an event to honor anything important, other than marvel LOL. Like they could've done something with the wildfires in Australia. Release a pet/some kind of item for real money and donate half of the proceeds to that charity. Would've benefited financing the game, as well as giving to a good cause, because let's be real, people will spend $10 on a plat- exclusive item. WoW does it with companions and have donated literally millions to charities, as well as generated millions for their game.
