    Default To The Spacetime Team

    Not sure what you guys are working on now, but I heard you guys were working on a new game. So here are some of my suggestions. You don’t have to use them obviously. Some of you may/may NOT like my suggestions(talking to the community)but that’s okay because I don’t care for your opinion nor do I care if it’s not your type of game.

    STS if you like what you read down below, feel free to use them for your future games. If not, feel free to just ignore the thread.

    NOTE: None fo the pictures below are mine.

    In short;
    1.) Create a New Game
    1. call it “Arcane Legends V.2” or “Arcane Legends: Light and Darkness”
    2. Call it what ever, just make a new game.

    2.) upgrade the graphics
    Make them look sharper.
    *Slightly* more realistic

    3.) create new characters:
    Keep: Warrior/Rogue/Mage
    Add: TITAN/RANGER/DWARF

    4.) Max Level Cap
    1. start with a level 21 cap
    2. Increase the level cap by 7 levels every ***18 months***

    5.) Daily Reward system (30 days)

    6.) Storyline: keep the same storyline structure.
    Add:
    1. Hidden short stories

    7.) Events:
    Keep: valentine/Winter/Halloween/Ursoth/birthday events
    Add:
    1. Gold rush event
    2. Crazy gear event
    3. World Boss event
    4. Exp rush event
    5. Double odds event

    8.) quests: Add multiple different types of quests
    1. Exp quests
    2. Gold quests
    3. Gear quests
    4. Platinum quests
    5. Hidden quests which give you all 4.

    2. PvE Kills
    3. Speed runs (solo/team)

    Keep auction house as it is, player tax fee, reduce 5% to 2.5%.

    2. Team Torch Defense(player population 6v6) *Don’t let the enemy team distinguish the torch/ ignite the torch before the 10 seconds is up or lose*
    3. Team Capture the flag(player population 6v6) *score 10 flags to win*
    4. King of the hill(player population 6)*be the last one standing to win*

    12.) Pets:
    Keep: Ordinary/Rare/Epic/Legendary/mythic/arcane pets, get rid of heroic pets.
    Pets should be allowed in PvP

    *FULL DETAILED DESCRIPTIVE VERSION*

    1.) Create a New Game
    AL is slowly falling off the edge. let’s be honest, it’s not as much fun as it use to be and it’s future is not that bright anymore.

    Create a new game, name it “Arcane Legends: Darkness and Light”.(or what ever you wish)When you start the game off, you choose between two teams “Darkness/Light”. Each category, has its own perks.

    For example, Light shall have heavenly styled Gear as for Darkness will have demon-like styled gear. The gears are equal in STATS, just different look.

    2.) Upgrade Graphics
    There are now MMORPG on Mobile games with pc game graphics.
    All you have to do is
    1. Sharpen the graphics, make them look a bit less pixelated.
    2. Similar to that of Warcraft III 2018, that is if your software allows it.

    3.) Create New Characters

    -All characters have the same passive abilities/each skill has 4 upgrades to them/all characters have 5 skill slots and 1 basic attack skill-

    WARRIOR: Uses one handed weapons such as: long/short/heavy Swords/Maces/Hammers/axes

    4.) Max Level Cap
    Begin with level cap 21 so it gives everyone time to level up, upgrade skills, explore. Level 1- level 21 should take about 100k exp, basically level 1 starts off at 20 exp and multiply 1.4 for every level till you reach level 21, 20-21 Exp is about 23k

    Increase the level cap by 7 levels every ***18 months*** so events can take place, no rushing through new expansions and to take time to test new items before releasing them.

    With each major event like, ursoth or halloween event, etc.. release a new mythic type gear, it could be a ring/amulet/weapon/pet/ armor set.

    For every expansion, release new arcane weapons for all classes

    5.) Daily Reward system (30 days)
    Daily reward system should be a must,

    example of my type of daily reward system(all rewards are character bound*gold being an exception*
    1. day 1-2 gold reward
    2. Day 3-4 exp reward
    3. Day 5 rare pet
    4. Day 6-7 gold reward
    5. Day8-9 exp reward
    6. Day 10 Rare gear chest(ring/helmet/armor)
    7. Day 11-14 gold/exp reward
    8. Day 15 epic pet
    9. Day 16-19 gold/exp reward
    10. Day 20 epic gear chest(weapon/amulet)
    11. Day 21-24 gold/exp reward
    12. Day 25 legendary pet/Vanity set
    13. Day 26-29 gold/exp reward
    14. Day 30 legendary gear chest(weapon/helmet/armor)/15 platinum/1 locked crate.
    And basically it resets after 31 days.

    6.) Storyline: keep the same storyline structure. Since level 1-36 story was perfect, add new stories for Titan/ranger/dwarf.
    Add:
    1. Hidden short stories like more “pitch black dark secret 1-5”/ “how Uller died”

    7.) Events:
    Keep: valentine/Winter/Halloween/Ursoth/birthday events
    Add:
    1. (3 times every 18 months)Gold rush event( event lasts 2 weeks, this event grants you double gold reward for turning in gold quests.

    2. (2 times every 18 months)Crazy gear event( event lasts 1 week, allows you to have a double chance to loot new mythic/legendary items from elite maps)

    3. (4 times every 18 months)World Boss event(event is 48 hours, deal as much damage as you possibly can to earn exp/gold and chance to win mythic/arcane eggs

    4. (3 times every 18 months) exp rush event(3 times a year)(event is 2 weeks, doubles all exp quest rewards)

    5. (2 times every 18 months)Double odds event(lasts 1 week, double odds on looting mythic/arcane items from plat store in locked crate.

    8.) quests: Add multiple different types of quests

    1. Exp quests(give 10 exp-3,000 exp depending on your level and story quest) Ex; level 1, 10 Exp quest/level 20, 2,000 Exp quest

    2. Gold quests(gives 100-8,000 gold depending on your level) Ex; level 1, 100 gold/ level 18, 7,200 gold

    3. Gear quests(gives you rare-legendary gear based on level) Ex; level 1, rare weapon-armor set/ level 20, legendary weapon/armor set)

    4. Platinum quests(unlock every 5 levels, granting 5-20 plat, randomly.
    5. Hidden quests which give you all 4.(granted at every 10 levels)

    9.) leaderboards:

    10.) Guilds:
    Add:
    1. Guild Level
    Guild will have 10 levels, each level unlocking a new item you can purchase. Guild levels up by the amount of mobs/bosses killed. Ex; 1 mob is worth 2 exp, 1 boss is worth 10 exp, guild level 1-2 needs 10,000 exp. The amount of exp needed to level up a guild per level, doubles in exp, level 2-3-20,000exp,3-4-40,000exp.

    1. Guild Shop
    *Sells character bound gear/vanity that you can buy using platinum or gold. (Items available for purchase are based on guilds level)

    11.) Auction House System
    Keep auction house as it is, player tax fee, reduce 5% to 2.5%.

    12.) PvP modes

    1. Team Death match(player population 6v6) *score 40 kills to win*(map similar to Trulle’s forest, slightly wider.

    2. Team Torch Defense(player population 6v6) *Don’t let the enemy team distinguish the torch/ 3 chances to ignite the torch. Ignite the torch before the 10 seconds is up or lose*(ctf map, slightly bigger)10 minute timer per map.

    3. Team Capture the flag(player population 6v6) *score 10 flags to win*(actual ctf map, longer passage ways) revive as Many times as you want.

    4. King of the hill(player population 6)*be the last one standing to win*Cant Revive/only spectate(similar to duel arena map, double in size)

    12.) Pets:
    Keep: Ordinary/Rare/Epic/Legendary/mythic/arcane pets, get rid of heroic pets.
    Pets should be allowed in PvP

    1. Ordinary-legendary pets you can farm in normal/elite maps.

    2. Mythic pets you can farm in elite maps or purchase from plat store.

    3. Arcane pets only available through locked crates.

    13.) Gear Upgrades
    1. Ordinary- no upgrades
    2. Rare-1 gem slot
    3. Epic-2 gem slots
    4. Legendary-3 gem slots
    5. Mythic-4 gem slots
    6. Arcane- 5 gem slots

    14.) Jewels
    Jewels give you 1-3primary stat depending on your level. Ex; level 5 gear upgrade,1str blood jewel, level 18 gear upgrade 3str blood jewel. Chance for double primary stat upgrade, chance for 6 primary stat instead of basic 3 primary stat.

    1. Blood jewels(1-3str)
    2. Grand blood jewels(3-6str)
    3. Glacial jewels(1-3int)
    4. Grand glacial jewels(3-6int)
    5. Finesse jewels(1-3dex)
    6. Grand finesse jewels(3-6dex)
    Special jewels based on special events
    1. Para gem-(1.5%dmg+5% bonus dmg)
    2. Eye gem-(1-3str,int,dex)
    3. Grand eye gem-(3-6str,dex,int)
    4. Perfect Red Ruby-(5str,1.25%dmg)
    5. Perfect Blue ruby-(5int,1.25%dmg
    6. Perfect Yellow ruby-(5dex,1.25%dmg)

    1. bundles to the store(one time purchase)
    1.99$-get epic gear/weapon/armor/amulet(for your level)/15k gold/20 plat
    3.99$- get legendary gear/weapon/armor/amulet(for your level)/30k gold/45plat
    7.99$- level 3 starter pack/legendary weapon/ring/amulet-200plat
    9.99$-level 8 starter pack/legendary gear/50k gold/100 plat/vanity set

    1. Add epic/legendary gear to buy from store

    I liked ur ideas, haven’t read the full description but liked the first ones...

    But imp, graphics are ok, tbh I prefer the cartoon style.

    You can’t define Plat prices. There are reasons for the current price, but they can change it if they think it’s necessary.

    This is great! That titan looks awesome!!! Wish sts did something like this. But I think their team is not big enough for this type of upgrade. These are great ideas but maybe too much for sts to handle.

    Thanks everyone for your feedback!
    1.) I would make my own game but unfortunately I do not have the funds/proper equipment/ education to actually make my own. Hopefully within the next few years, maybe I will. Currently 19 years of age.

    2.) plat purchase prices were based on what would seem reasonable for all players/devs. To where players can make the best of what they get and to where devs can make their money.

    3.) I would agree that STS team is a bit small, and you’re probably right. All this could be too much for them. But hey, they started AL from scratch. It was ranked one of the best games from 2013 and still good till mid 2016. If STS put their heads in the game they can make this a reality(not my suggestion if they decide not to make it, but a new game similar to AL 2012-2016.)

    4.) Lmao is right my dude .

    I also had a few expansion ideas to go with said game . Yes, expansion(S)!!! I also mapped out to where players would farm make gold/level up/farm jewels/gear.

    Someone messaged me earlier about how each class would be balanced, here’s your answer;

    Mage/Dwarf: are similar skill/stat wise(both use INT as primary stat)*Support Class*

    Rogue/Ranger: have similar stat/skill structure(Both use Dex as a primary stat)*Damaging Class*

    Warrior/Titan: have similar stat comparisons(both use Str as a primary stat)*Tanking Class*

    They all have purpose, depending on their arcane weapon, shall depend if they’ll be Damage/Support/Tank class during a specific expansion. Nonetheless, their primary purpose shall never change.

    For example Warrior’s primary purpose is to tank, new arcane weapon releases making the warriors new purpose Tank* and Support* class.

    Same goes with Dwarf. Dwarfs primary purpose is support, new arcane weapon drops, making them a Support* and Damaging* class. *Depending on the arcane weapon, will depend on wether their purpose will change*

    I wish they would let their players have the option to download their spacetime game creation engine and let us make our own games. Or recode theirs for us to play single player mode, I would buy another pc just to play with game creation engines.

    I would actually pay like 20$ for the engine if it came with all of their games but single player or ip servers to play on other peoples recoded versions of al sl dl pl.
    Also if it allowed us to modify the coding ofc.

    A new game is a new game bro That would be cool if they just improved their own game currently and paid a lot on advertisement instead of paying a lot of money on a new game. Like you can't vreate a new game with the same stuff as the old just with a little of cream on top of it you know, a new game is a new game a new concept probably a farm a restaurant whatever that's a new game

    In all honesty, I wouldn’t mind a whole rerun of AL. What I mean by this, is STS making a second server of the game. Starting from level 16 Cap just like in 2012, and go on from there.

    It definitely would. I achieved so much here over the years but if they did AL 2.0 when they reset everything and avoid mistakes made in the past/listen to the players before adding something new such as awakening and speed set then I definitely would quit current AL.

    That's way too much unnecessary work. Of course everyone loves a dozen classes/hundreds of vanities for each one, but it is too much and unnecessary work. I like the idea/spirit but it should be thought out better if they are even going to consider it.
