Do devs read the feedback pages? (Pvp)

A game dev told me to post here about my suggestions, but do Devs really read it?
My suggestion was that sts needs to make pvp enjoyable again, they can do this by adding a new mode, where all have same gear and/ maintain the PvP modes, deleting that FFA. Ik it wont profit sts much but this is their own fault breaking the game with awakenings. So yeh this is best way to bring back PvP where it will be fair for all and fun! So guys leave feedback here.
The devs can if they want if they care about the game.
