I bought a new phone and erased my old phone without realising I forgot the details of my account.
It was under my gmail id : shiv.cursed@gmail.com
But I don't remember my password n it won't let me in to change password.

I got your password reset link but it doesn't specify for which account.
It still won't allow me to login to the specific character "Bladedwrists"
Please look into it as that character holds above 7 billion in-game stuff and also I spent over ₹60,000 (rupees) indian currency for platinum in game.
Or just transfer the stuff to my new account.
If so please let me know so I can key in my new account details.

If you already pressed the reset password button, you should be able to receive an email for a temporary password from STS.
Check ur gmail. If still none, raise it to Customer Support.

I tried everything they won't respond me on email just an automated reply and then it gets cold...
I really need help as there is a alot stuff in that account and it ain't the first time I lost my account. This is the third time I lost my account but from all this account had the most.
Also I spent so much real money I don't want to loose it.
Please help sts.

Many in the game say I'm banned but I'm not a new player to know if my account is banned or not what the hell is wrong if it's banned it should give me the banned error but all I get is login failed

Can you fix it or you just lost how to fix games being a game developer ?
I have spent so much money on it atleast have the guts to ban me if you can't help me.
Clearly I'm done asking for help from retards like you.

This is the biggest scam to be honest.

Sts is the biggest scammer ever.

A scammer will only take few items but you guys tempt us to buy platinum with real money and then keep us waiting for your lame reply.

The only reply we get is automated.

Why do you guys even ban the scammers when you're the biggest scammer.

I really hope someone will take a legal action on yoy guys if not I will personally gather people to raise a law suit on you guys for being such a scammer.
