Still no contact from sts

Banned for “unauthorized transactions and refunds” and wanted to talk about my case again. No reply from sts for some odd reason. Maybe busy? I doubt it. Ignoring me Im pretty sure. Sent a ticket yet been waiting for a long time. Im assuming I wont get my account back even though I did nothing wrong. I don’t understand how it’s unauthorized when i made the purchases with my card. Chad very unhelpful, and im sure sts wont be too. You wrongfully ban people.
