pvE kills in old town is paused ???? is it a bug or new regulation ???

New regulation ..it became effective during the levelling up to 51 ..kills in old town stop counting at level 48 so that you can use the new campaign maps to level up to 51 and afterwards it stays that way because as cinco said we're way more powerful than the old town minions so kills don't count in old town with black cat as an exception
