Could anyone give us a 100% confirmation?

I've been looking around best I could around the forums but alas been unable to find anything that confirms 100% wether a lower level character has full access to the loot table of a locked crate same as a capped character...


Simply put... can a say lvl 71 still loot a lvl 76 arc weapon?

Even lv 2 character can loot lv76 arc weapons

It depends on the particular crate as to what's different based on your level, but generally if the top end arcane weapons are in them they're at all levels.

I think it's possible I was able to loot a lvl76 mythic pendant from locked crate at lvl 72
