Valley enemy and their debuff icon

The valleys enemy have their own role to debuff a player by chance.
However, the red enemy debuff icon is displayed correctly, it produce two icon while the blue and purple shows one icon.

Red is reducing player's speed (shows bleed and speed icon)
Purple is draining player's Mana (shows bleed)
Blue is reducing player's damage (shows bleed)

All the icons can get confusing. I do know that when I see multiple red stacking I need to be fast on potion
