Dont get me wrong I just want explicit details from devs on what are the actual procs of the arcane weapons. Why is there a need to hide things? I just want them to provide the right descriptions and numbers of all weapons so I as a customer can decide on my purchase. Coz, my plat has same value as yours, and I prefer things balanced. Ty.

There are so many hidden stuff dev did not mention. Example ebon armor have 50% haste
