Melathrax AA does nothing, can y'all fix it? Doesn't even give any icons/effects as well.

It works fine as far as I can tell, and has quite visible glowing golden rings effect. Most buff auras don't use icons.

It has but are all effect working as they have to? I don't feel any defense buff.

Yes, they're working.

Go to mogera lair, take damage from mobs without AA first, then use AA, you will see difference.. and it's pretty significant difference
