Can't get exp at lvl 14 or look at iTunes weapons

Well bassically the title says it all. I can't get exp when playing any game and I am lvl 14 warrior. Also when I go into the iTunes part of the store I can't look or see any of the special weapons. WTF

I'm having the same issue with the store; haven't hit 14 yet though
