Wuts the best lvl for a twink pvp dexbear?

hello all!
im making lots of twinks and now i need help on my dex bear!
if u can help plz post below!

i want to know wut lvl is best for dex bear, wut build and gear i should use, wut combos i need to use and other good tips to have a beast pvp experience on a dex bear!

EASIEST level to have a dex bear is 10-16. 30 is also popular. 35 dex bears lose 7/10 times to copper bears.

Level 16 Items/Build/Stats

Full dex

Artisan (level 15)
Level 15 purple+ Tinsel talon (or level15 pink jewel thief's platinum talon)
Level 10 Sniper Wing (or jewel thief) platinum pack item.
Level 10 Sniper Helm (or jewel thief) platinum pack item.

6 rage, 3 stomp, 1 SMS, 1 Crip blow, 4 iron blood.

Level 10 Dex Bear

Full dex.

Expert (Level 5, obviously)
Level 10 Snowball Launcher (purple+) or a level 10 Tinsel (purple+) OR the platinum pack Avian Talon.
Level 10 Pink Dex helm (from platinum pack)
Level 10 Sniper Wing (plat pack) or level 10 Winter Fest Wing (pink only, the present shield from last Christmas is best)

6 Rage, 3 Stomp, 1 SMS.

Full dex.

Shivering Talon
Shivering Wing
Shivering Leather
Level 25-29 Pink Jewel Thief (or sniper) helm.

(Damage/kite-ish build)
6 Rage, 5 stomp, 5 Beckon, 6 Hell Scream, 1 SMS, 1 Crippling Slash, 1 Crushing blow, 4 iron blood.

(Tank/dodge build)
6 rage, 6 Taunt, 1 stomp, 6 hell scream, 5 evade, 4 crushing blow, 1 SMS.

if you run crushing blow, use that first, then stomp. If you kite, stomp then approach them with any of your slashes that you might be running
