"Keys are easy as of now"... Though thats besides the point of the op.

Players have different preferences on how they want the key layout, what may be easy for you uncomfortable to others that affects gameplay. Nontheless its just another option therefore +1.

Why not just use the keyboard arrows to move and use mouse to use skills? Why are you using the numbers to use skills? That's complicated in my opinion.
