@Cinco L.6 Blind doesn't work!

Cinco somethings wrong with 'Blinding Shot' at Level 6. I've tested every Hit% Debuff at Level 6, each one takes away 30 Hit%, yet Blind is considerably the weakest. A bear can HS my archer while i have 6 Focus, 26 Hit, but i will miss far more likely than they will when i use Blind which does the same exact thing. This is also taking in account of double HS.

Please fix this issue as soon as you can please.

Most likely a bug. If you were to compare L.6 Blinding shot to L.6 Hell Scream you'll see that the player under a single HS misses far more frequently than the person under blind. At first i thought this was a caused by Hit statistics in twink being altered in some way compared to how it was back then but now I'm starting to think it's a Bird problem. If i have 119 Hit with honor set I'm tending to miss far more under HS than a bear with 83 Hit under blind, that's 53 Hit% after blind.
