Valentine Event Vendor

Some people are upset that they didn't get a chance to buy the items from the vendor, because they expected to be able to purchase from the vendor, for one more day.

Additionally, the varying information is confusing. This isn't the first time this has happened, in regards to dates. I'd ask you to double check both forum announcement post and in game announcement board before posting.

Some people are going to argue that the vendor has always been up for two days post farming stage of the event. But that doesn't excuse misinforming players. Some of whom haven't played many events or are just new to the game.

We should be able to trust the information we get from devs.
