Charm ability for all variations of shoggoth

The charm effect of the arcane ability of all variations of shoggoth has a few issues:

1. It doesn't even last 1/3 of 15 seconds (description says up to 15 seconds)
3. Sometimes charmed mobs just stand there until the effect wears off
4. Sometimes charmed mobs still attack you
3. The 700% damage is questionable... From the looks of things charmed mobs aren't doing 700% of their original damage (if they were, it would be easily visible).

It's 'Up to 15 seconds' - it has a 20% chance of breaking every 2.5 seconds.
The damage buff does work as far as I can tell.
If they do somehow attack you, they can't hurt you while charmed.
How they behave while charmed depends on their particular AI. It doesn't surprise me that some wouldn't behave in a useful way, but you're still preventing them from hurting you or your party while charmed.

I think they're effectively the same (slotting either in a particular pet would do the same), though when not slotted, arcanite shoggoth's AA will do more damage due to the pet base stats.
