I was hoping his attack did armor reduction. Not critical reduction.
There is no way to currently determine price. In my perspective I can only say he would be worth 40mil from his aa since damage auras have been op recently. Guen, Serian silver snake, both are over 40mil, guen like 90m almost.

What slayer is tryna say is its lvl 1, possibility exists that the passive can change into armor reduction... we dont know yet as we have no info about it

agreed, bad passive but I also think he's worth less than 40m but maybe since he's new he would be but then drop to 30m or less
