Could a number of reasons: plat farming/scamming/botting and harsh language/inappropriate behavior many don't think that that can get them banned but it can after so many reports/complaints.
Not many will get a response in forums about why they were banned. Need to email STS directly and patiently wait for a response.(which can take a few days or a week)
