Yes - it's now %damage stat (stacks with everything) instead of a damage multiplier (only best is applied).

Yes ideally all arcane and above pets should be. Because most of the pet Happiness Bonus is 20%+ dmg, so having aa as multipliers makes no sense.

Yes - tokens are granted when you die, or it ends due to not clearing a wave in time.
