As title says. I have both pieces, spoke to the hermit and did his quest to kill mages.The hermit sent me to see Norm the Alchemist. He isn’t cleansing the essence for me. Ty in advance.

I have the quest to cleanse the essence at the Alchemist in Kelys. He isn’t doing it. Once the essence is done, it is to be taken to the bat. As previously stated.. the Alchemist isn’t doing his step.
