You can use this app that I use to upload my pictures. It is easy to use, and requires money. It is called "cropforfree". All you do is download the free app, take your pics, open the app, choose the photo you want to edit, then the rotate 90 degrees button. Then "save". It saves the new image to your photos. You can then upload it to the forums, the right way up.
