It does, though elite damage is currently not affecting mobs in Vardan Valley elite zones (but will be fixed with today's update).
So elite damage should be the new go to

I have tried elite damage about a month now.(on other elite maps)
I tried yesterday when the elite gates open and I was disappointed.
The dev answer cover my problem because I didn’t see any affection of elite damage % in elite gates.
But I’m telling you elite damage% seems not working in other elite maps too!
yeah i notice it too,because i bought heberious and damage still the same ,i hope they fix it
I have tried after updating and they fix it XD
I have 56% elite damage with hiberio and it was noticeable when didn’t work
