imo, it doesn't matter if STS release the awaken gems every week, hoarding awaken gems is a business tho, imagine they doing nothing but their gold is doubling.
I mean, there are already too much gems in the whole game/server, whatever you wanna say. That's why it is unnecessary.

If there were many then the prices wouldn't double. The sales of AWAKENING gems are necessary in an AWAKENING EVENT. The event is for AWAKENING, that's why the 8k gems make sense.

You know awake gems were 30k each before we had awake events. The blue gems are actually half the price.

That auction fee is nothing. I don’t mind sacrificing 5% of my gold if it means I’m getting 95% of it back...
I’ll explain what I meant in my first post;
Let’s say I have 100m. I buy 100m worth of 8k awakening kits. I wait 1-4 months and “BOOM” they hit over 16k *per gem*. Then I *Resell* them for 16k each and there you go. You just made your 100m back + another 88m.
PS. If the player already has 500-1000%gl and farms gold almost everyday. Then the player makes more than 200m profit back...
So.. when I say it would help stop inflation. I mean... it actually would... it may not resolve it, but it would help.
The only reason why others would disagree with me is because they do exactly what I’ve just explained
I do agree with you though, hoarders would 100% hate this. Just something for STS to think about. It’s up to them if they want to do this or not.

As for OP’s suggestion of adding awakened stat slots in store for a certain price, Is the equivalent of adding Awakening locks. As in being able to lock a certain awake for a quantity of gold, to obtain perfect awakes.

What's causing "inflation" isn't people buying awakening gems, it's the problem with too much gold in circulation. Inflation isn't being caused by the gems, gold is just being transported from one player to another, which then is slowly sunken slowly by awakening. 8k gems actually work as a balance imo, players that aren't so wealthy can steal a bit from the richer player and they sink their gold into desirable stats.STS should make the 8k Awakening gems from store Untradable

What about if the rich players buy these 8k kits? Let’s say 100m worth? Or even 200m worth? What then? Let’s say they resell them for 16k, they automatically gain almost double the profit. Which again causes inflation...
The ONLY way your statement would work as a gold sink, is IF The Team decides to make the 8k gem kits permanent in store.
