+ Wearing the Valley Mythic Accessory Set reduces the duration of the Giant Mogera Cave Spider's web (stun) attack!

+ Fixed a problem with Elite Jord Skratch not healing his Mogera Power Cells.
+ Various Vardan Valley bosses and minibosses should now count for quests.
+ The 2x crafting speed minievent should now benefit jewels slotted before the event ends, even if they wouldn't finish before it ends, and notifications should happen at the appropriate time.
+ Spirit gear should gain xp in Vardan Valley Elites.
