Items for str bear?

So I just hit 45 with my first character, and he's a str bear, meant for tanking/dps.

Just wondering what items I should really look for.

I've got a Sandstorm Staff of the Horus (sp?) and heard it was worth a decent lot. I'm looking to trade it for something of equal value. What should I be trying to trade it for? What should I be trying to buy?

For tanking Isis gear is best, and I use 1 Thoth item for some M/s. Helm and armor is straightforward, and for a shield the scarab bucklers are better than the pharaoh shields. Best tank weapons IMO are the d'jinn spears, but there are other viable options.
