Refuel ultimate dont stack

So i just found out the rogue ultimate "Refuel", dosnt stack when 2 rogues use it.

just informing to who dosnt know

yes they should stack I guess mage energize is staking when one still running and u use another one the other one will replace with full time

This one dosnt, 3 rogues used it and it stayed the same, unless its not allowed to in event map

Odd, the mages energize didn’t stack in the past, did something change, or mistaken?
