Himingleva / Vili / Uller set

Hi guys. I got himingleva armor but i don't know how to access questline to turn it into an untradeable one and make a vanity.

And second if i do the quest , The tradeable one will stay with me still? As i heard about the update that it doesnt consume mythics.

Facing a problem...
Purchased the nekro recipe , opened it, still showing the same recipe and not the condensed essence to complete quest.

Condensed essence is to the left of Norman, the guy in front of the crates with potions on top

I had the same problem, the npc doesn’t have a ? icon to indicate his participation in the quest.
He is here below Norman.

Because the quest say to find him. So you must literally find him

To turn into vanity i think it will consume the armor.

The set isn't consumed. You end up with a level 31 tradable armor and one level 36 untradable. Same with helmet

Since when it doesnt consume?

When I did the quest old days the mystic lev 31 helmet and armor turned into the bound lev 36 mystic (and this you need for vanity)
I heard many said they made a fix, if they fixed it, all who crafted that set long time ago should have gotten level 31 armor/helmet in stash.

I also upgraded mythic set not so long ago, kept 31lv version helmet as PvP item but when I crafted the Himingleva armor vanity version I didnt get the 31 version back. Kinda don't make sense to me to have it back actually.

You keep the 31 when you upgrade it to 36

Lol ?! Long time ago I made it and got lv36 myth set UNTRADEABLE... I was really unhappy with that as lv.31 is tradeable...
