Lightbulb Question about elite valley gates: ebon dag vs dugger bow

Currently I have Spirit daggers and I think it's time for an upgrade as they are utterly useless. My question is can I get away with ebon daggers or should I mustered up to dugger bow. I know I lose gold regardless after next expansion but can I get away with ebon daggers in elite valley Gates? Opinions would be helpful

Side note: what is a good cost efficient pet that I can remain competitive within valley Gates sub 20 million.

Thanks for answer. I guess I'm looking for something alittle more informative beyond ebon dags being second best weapon in game. A read a thread a while back where the damage reflect does not work on boss. I'm not sure if this is true but I'd like enough damage output to keep up instead of hinder the party. (Especially the boss)

Duggar bow is very effective against bosses and individuals but u would miss the mass takedown which u will need for mobs.
Duggar bow proc is very strong against every mob and boss, strong and effective but ebon daggs proc urself very good with surroundings.

I would recommend you the daggs because the proc is essential in the early phase and still strong in late game.

For a pet you should look for nekro (to avoid stuns) or glow (to reduce massive damage) or magma (as shield and burn downer + works perfectly with ebon armor proc). Magma is very cheap and still good. Try to slot Electra as passive pet as it gives you 30% dmg (witch is incredible op). IF you need endless mana buy h Mishi, as the passive gives you a very good mana reg which will never let you get out of mana.

Also ebon daggs has better stats over Duggar bow if good awakened, all in all Daggs win over bow because ov greater proc for many mobs.

    Any more questions?

    Daggs for mobs
    Bows for boss

U can also try ebon bow its good since it causes damage and life leach, it has saved me alot of times during boss fights ,

But i say 60% Ebon daggs, 40% Dugg bow

And for pets nekros hands down or glowstick
