I can't watch the elixir videos

It's a new account, but I was able to watch it once, and then I couldn't, I am playing again.

Maybe its too soon to use another one? There is a cooldown for it. Its normal, just wait a while

I have to go from one account to another several times until it works. This is getting boring since the elixirs would help a lot.

You are either trying to watch when they are not available, or do not have a sufficent connection speed to watch them. They always disappear at peak times in game...when gold farm areas open ect. Nothing sts can help you with it seems.

Ever since I got to Lvl 69, I noticed that the free elixirs through watching advertisements are now gone. I'm a new player so I was wondering if it was normal. Is the free elixir through ads only available for lower levels?

Same thing is happening to me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, moving from one account to another, and restarting the app. None of them worked. I get ads every 3-4 days but when I do get them i can watch as many ads as I want and for a short period of time.

You behave yourself for a long time. They'll eventually become available again, but not soon.
