My opinion on how you can solve the lack of content:

-Revamp the beginning levels' difficulty to where it used to be. Add that vent under the bomb planting site in Cycorp to bring back more teamwork and strategy.
-Tone down the stats for equipment, mobs, etc. this current level cap. The stat increase between Vuleria to The Scorn Strike Back is too high and will complicate future level caps and PvP (just like PL).
-Re-organize the Ambassadors program. The community had us as a link between STS and the gaming people. We boosted morale with our events even when they had little to hope for this game.
-Make the Iridium Sleeves! Operatives and Engineers still sport around their lvl 20 sets while Commandos are stuck to lvl 15 sleeves to avoid the white ones. >_>

I think ending the Ambassadors of Blackstar program was a mistake, for the same reasons you mentioned. I had always looked forward to their events during the breaks between updates.

Also, forget about Iridium Sleeves! How about actually making the platinum ChromaWeave wings white, like they should be! :P

We were planning so many things for the community :/
I'm hopeful that STS can step up and at least address this issue. There were only 100 people on the game when I made this thread. Only 100.
