Hey Swim! As a tournament manager I think I can answer your question .

To Be given "the power" to create tournaments you'll have to PM Samhayne asking for admin functions in the competitions section... He'll probably give you them , then you should be able to create brackets, tourneys, leagues and some other stuff .

How can they see if I made a tournament if I didn't have the powers. I'm in the permission group so I can prove it. I think it might have been something to do with... Forgot... I thought of it 4hrs ago. Something to do with PM about a tournament... not making one.
