Elite weapon proc

I really think that elite weapon should have a better proc than the regular version, stats difference is already very minimal so a little boost in the proc would be much appreciate and welcome since we have to re-awake again our weapon it would be a nice compromise, tyvm

Upgrading to the elite is honestly not worth it, budget wise. Spending extra money for +1 stat and a recolor. Hopefully sts will give the weapon a much deserved pve buff for elite zones, as well as a fancy proc (Blue colored to match weapon).
