Issue regarding connection

Hi there . My mobile is Vivo v11 and connection is 4g Jio in India. Since 3 days the game will take alot of time to load and will always stay at constant 1-10k of ping and i am not able to join or play any map. Could something be done about it ? Thank you.

You could try using a VPN, as that may potentially route around wherever your problems are. Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 Warp app has worked well for many people, since it does VPN to Cloudflare's nearest edge, and they tend to have very good connectivity from there.

You can play over VPN if that helps you, just don't do plat offers with it on, as that is not allowed.
