The combination of armor / armor multiplier / armor mitigation is capped at 80% effectiveness. More is situationally useful for debuffs.
Someone explain this pls
So if 4 example on fester map mags debuff your armor 10000 by 10% so means that debuff not works . Incoming dmg is still same .
