I am facing below two issues.

Device: Apple IPAD pro
1) Joystick suddenly stuk in one direction while attacking in maps and my war keep on walking in one direction. I need to open inventory or some other option the joystick reset to normal.

2) Attack Button stuck, Like when i am attacking it will stuck in Juggetnet skill and till its recharge i cant even use my sword or any other skills.

Figure out how to reproduce the problem and I'll look into it.

Its happening hourly once not very frequent.
Both i faced only in Valley elite gates map.

Issue 1 - War randomly walks at 1'o clok direction till i reset joystic by opening inventory and closing it.

Issue 2 - While i am trying to spam the skill buttons, issue 2 mentioned above is happening.

Sorry, but 'play for hours in some map' is not specific enough to look into.

If someone can reproduce this problem in a simple way, please let us know the steps.

We've also seen this behavior on overheating or failing devices.

Tbh on one of my old devices I played AL on, I kinda ruined the joystick area of my phone that it would get stuck. Prolly for pushing down on that area for a long time.

Have you tried a different device?

Try to run elite valley gates using war by spam the skills button during combat.Do some 10 to 20 waves, you will get the issue scenario

The web client is a different beast - there are known causes of key events not being delivered with various browsers that are completely outside of the game. I'm interested in os/version/device type for ios/android users seeing this problem.

I do have a problem which is I cant really switch loadouts on hotbar idk why yesterday it worked today I have to press like 5 times on the loadout in order to switch it up I'm using samsung a50 I was doing deep marsh yesterday and it was fine today barely can switch any loadout on any hotbar my phone didnt overheat or anything joystick is fine skills sometimes dosent work just sometimes but loadouts barely ty

I got it now how to simulate the scenario now.

For issue 2 - When mage using energise ulti try to spam the skills of warrior. The buttons geeting stuck. Just try this 3-4 times you will get the issue.

Today in deep i ran 2 hours got this issue multiple times. Hope this will help you to catch the issue XD!

Impatient much? You posted it at 9PM our time and want to know if I looked at it at 8AM?

We'll get to it when we have time. It probably won't be today, and if there's an actual problem causing skills to get stuck on the client, it would very likely require an app update anyway, so won't be the immediate future.
