    The announcement should be on the middle top of the screen (where it says stuff about levlar), so it is one time announcement and will only change if levlar moves to a different map, this way it can be easily seen instead of system announcement.

    This is what i mean by my comment instead of saying "Prince Levlar is on the loose" it should rather say the location and how much time left on that location

    In an update that's probably later today, countdown system messages are gone and remaining time is on the hud (and the hud element can be minimized).
