Main quests not visible

Hi there
For some reason i cant see main quests nor i am able to complete any....
Any ideas!
PS alrdy tried logging out and re starting the game

disable the option to hide the quests in the quest settings

I was actually trying to complete the dreamscape wepon quest . After i forged the wepon , this happened
