+ Added a spawn message for the Deco-Raider.
+ Decreased the Deco-Raider's defensive capabilities a bit.
+ Fixed an issue with house permissions.
+ Vardan Valley dungeons can no longer be accessed prior to gaining access to Town.
+ Divider and rug furnishings should now have bottom faces.

Not sure if it’s an issue or it’s meant to be this way but my duggar daggers and also I have noticed other 76 weapons are just a glowing blue now is this in purpose?

Also noticed that gold piles dropped from mobs /boss are a bit blue as well and Missing any detail. It’s not my phone I tried on laptop/ tablet as well.
