the way the game works is it takes the highest % damage modifier and ignores the ones that are less, meaning they don't stack. for example Arc Toor's 20% dmg will not stack with 30% dmg elixir, because it's lower.
But with Fatima, 25% (stacking) means that regardless of the dmg % of the elixir, it will still be stacked on eachother. So you are able to get 55% dmg with 30% dmg elixir and heroic Fatima.
