If sts says "only sold on " they mean only sold on that day, or whats the point , got to wait till next event .

I'm sure it'll return, in a later date, like how many pets deemed 'exclusive' have returned and lost its exclusivity.

It shouldn't be like this, but its Sts, they do things their way.
