I mean when fly lord skilled me with arc ryker aa use its useless and im dead?

My guess is either the debuff didn't go off (only has a 35% chance), or you just mistimed it - I checked the debuffs and they do exactly the same thing, other than being affected by slightly different immunities (none of which apply to Orrick for either of them I think) and having different durations.
