I am not sure but I think they both give 3x Armour/DPS but 76 one also gives health regeneration. Again, I am not sure though

Ebon armor proc buff user
Pve: 300% dmg (does not stack), 300% armor, 50% haste
Pvp: 50% dmg, 50% armor, 25% haste
Cooldown for this armor is 30s minimum with medium proc rate

Abyssal armor proc buff user
Pve: 300% dmg (does not stack), 300% armor, 100% mana ignore, +750 health, +250 health regen
Pvp: 50% dmg, 50% armor, 50% Mana ignore, +250 health, +100 health regen
Cooldown for this armor is 20s minimum with medium high proc rate (more dmg, easier proc)

Haste = attack speed / cooldown skill (like energizer ultimate)
Does not stack as in, it overwrite your pet dmg multiplier.

I think ebon armor gives lower dmg and armor (like 250%) since it's lvl 71 and it's nerfed like the ebon weapons.

Ebon armor has 250% dmg buff while 76 arc has 300%

[Encryptions]

+ Increased "Death Engine" proc's armor and damage multipliers (now 3X in PVE, +50% in PVP).
+ Added chance to ignore Mana cost when "Death Engine" Armor procs (100% in PVE, 50% in PVP).
