Noone is ever banned for 'no reason' or 'not being active'.

If you really don't know what you did to get banned, PM me your character name or account email and I'll look it up for you, or just contact support. It's completely up to support whether you'll be unbanned.

To simplify things for the random banned, the most common reasons you may have been banned are:

Account sharing / selling / buying / trading / transferring / etc. If you didn't create the account, you may not use it.
Gold / item selling for real world money.
Fraud (plat offer fraud, plat offers on multiple accounts, refunds, chargebacks, etc).
Botting or otherwise abusing large numbers of accounts.
Scamming, repeated excessive use of inappropriate language, harassment, or other antisocial behaviors.
Sharing devices with or obviously benefiting from people involved in the above bannable offenses.
