Fatima mythic

I would like to know if the AA of Fátima mythic is showing any bug in the increase of 50% dmg? Apparently everything is fine, but when I release her skill it does not increase anything in DMG, it remains the same. Or does it need to be at maximum LVL for AA to be 100% usable? Thank
