procs in pvp

Sometimes it happens when i kill enemy by noxious bolt - DoT(poison) still hitting enemy even if he dead already, it causes proc(s) to activate (sunken armor/duggar daggers) and its waste of procs..., result: when enemy revive and comming to me again, i have my proc(s) at cooldown. So i think that dead enemies shouldnt get hitted by dots (or anything else if that possible). If that happens in clashes - it doesnt sound fair too to get proc from dead enemy
