Hi! Is Heroic Fatima better than Lance egg in HB for PvP?

No need Arc Shog 15%dmg reduc H Fat 20% but lacks Crit% if about HB

If you don't have the capped armor go for Lance , if you have capped armor go for h Fatima cuz normally you'll take 3.5-4.5k dmg with 8.5k armor on any class. If you got low armor like 6k you gonna take like 8-10k dmg from aimed shot and h Fatima will reduce 1.6-2k dmg which isn't that significant.
