Can't enter in portal

Dear STS I've buyed and opened zavier elixir and when found zavier and spawned portal noone in my pt could enter in it. Minutes before we couldn't leave kt4 and now I can't enter in game it's infinite loading.

I think it's because server is overcharged but I lost many minutes of my expensive elixir.

I hope you will consider to give 1 free hour elixir to everyone or at least everyone who had elixir active at time of this issues.
