Whats the precise difference between abyssal and ebon armor?

The item description does not give the precise information like proc duration, proc dmg, proc add armor, etc. Ill be thankful for someone to differentiate it in this thread. Ty

Chasmal vest: 300% damage, 300% armor, like 1-2% hp bonus, 4-5% hp regeneration, and 3.5~ second proc duration. Chasmal procs on dealing damage.

Ebon vest: 300% damage, 300% armor, 50% haste, and 5 second proc duration. Ebon procs on taking damage.

It for war,and ebon armor is doing damage on mage.

There is also a 20 second cool down after abyssal armor procs. Simply put, the armor will not be able to proc for 20seconds after it procs once

Ebon armor does not have this.

Ebon armor is good for mage but not for rogue. Simply because of the incoming damage require on rogue's ebon armor.
If you're solo, you can proc ebon armor more but not in pt because of overwrite aggro

i think its not a problem for warriors. since they can taunt enemies

Ebon armor is best for mages for sure! That 50% or whatever it is really helps us dish out more dmg.
