question: does ebon armour give haste? and is it so for all classes?

i heard that mage ebon armour gives 50% haster

is it the same for rogue and war?

50% for all classes. 25% in pvp.

Haste is limited to only 70%.

Mage ebon armor: chance to proc while dealing dmg.

War/Rog ebon armor: chance to proc while taking dmg.

The proc is random, not based on damage taken.
